Q：How long will it take to receive my ticket after payment?
A：The system will automatically send your e-ticket to your registered email address within 5 minutes after payment.
Q：Can I transfer or refund my ticket?
A：Tickets may be transferred to another person before the event, but the QR code on the ticket must be presented at the entrance. Please note that tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Q：Are there any discount tickets available?
